They highlighted the ability and determination to learn
which are necessary for acquiring the competences. They
also stressed the significance of teamwork and communica-
tion skills and agreed that all of the key competences are cru-
cial to a rapidly changing labour market, pointing out that it
is difficult to determine which ones may prove indispensible.

The enterpreneurs also noticed that the competences are
not equally important for different positions and there
is no ideal graduate equipped with all of them. However,
they went on to say that graduates with fewer competenc-
es would also be welcome and offerred suitable training or
internship. In order to meet the requirements of a modern
